What are the legal bases for processing?
If you are an interested party or a potential future customer, we will only process your contact data for the purpose of direct advertising via electronic mail or telephone contact with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you are our client, we process your personal data because this is necessary to fulfil the contract concluded with you. (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR).
In all other respects, we process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in achieving the aforementioned purposes (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR sowie Art. 9 par. 2 lit. g GDPR).
Do we guarantee adequate data security?
We maintain current technical measures to guarantee data security, in particular to protect your personal data from the dangers of data transfer and from third parties becoming aware of them. These are adapted to the current state of the art in each case.
Will data be passed on to other recipients? And: Are the data leaving the European Union or the European Economic Area?
To the extent that this is absolutely necessary for the aforementioned purposes, we will transfer your personal data to external service providers who will support us in the following activities:

For example, we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC). At these companies we only select companies that process the data in places for which there is a Commission adequacy decision (Article 45 GDPR). How long does the data remain stored?
In principle, we store your personal data until the end of the business relationship in which we have collected your data or until the expiry of the applicable statutory limitation and retention periods; in addition, until the end of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence. If you are a customer, former customer, prospective customer or potentially future customer or a contact person of one of the aforementioned, we store your personal data for the purposes of marketing until your objection or revocation of your consent, provided that the marketing measure is based on your consent.
What happens when using this website for information purposes only?
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.
If you use our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you neither register as a user nor provide us with information in any other way, we collect the following data from you: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transmitted in each case, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software. These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of any concrete indications of illegal use. We receive this data via cookies and directly from your browser. The purpose of this processing is the provision of our website as well as the statistical evaluation. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1), par. 1, sent. 1 f GDPR, according to which the processing of personal data is also possible without the consent of the data subject if the processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of personal data, prevail.
Are we obliged to collect this data? What happens if we do not collect this information?
There is no legal obligation to collect this data. However, it is possible that it will be more difficult to visit our website if the survey is not carried out.
What rights do you have in connection with personal data?
You have several rights. Among other things, you have the right to information about the personal data processed about you, as well as to correction or deletion, to limitation of the processing, to objection to the processing and to transferability of data. You also have the right to complain about us to the data protection authority responsible for us. (d) SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
(e) Web analytics
The website kuerbishof-koller.at does not use its own web analytics service, but the hosting provider employs the open-source tool "Webalizer," which operates without cookies. IP addresses are pseudonymized to allow only approximate location tracking. Data such as IP addresses, access logs, and browser information are automatically collected to ensure a stable connection, user-friendly experience, system security, and administrative purposes. Data processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, with no personal identification drawn from the data.
